At this time, MAYA NORA does not offer subscriptions or pre-order purchases. All items available on our website are sold as standard purchases.

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. Please ensure all order details are correct before completing your purchase.

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery, and we will assist you in accordance with our Returns Policy.

Made-to-order items

Made-to-order pieces are produced especially for you. As a result, these items cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once production has begun, unless the item is faulty.
