Orders are dispatched within 48 hours on weekdays, excluding weekends and holidays.

MAYA NORA offers domestic and worldwide shipping via DHL Express.

Estimated delivery times from dispatch:

United Kingdom: 1-2 working days 
United States: 2-7 working days 
EU & Rest of World: 2-11 working days

DUTIES & TAXES

Orders shipping outside the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties, VAT, taxes, and customs clearance charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Your local customs office will be able to provide further guidance on any fees beyond our control.


TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your DHL tracking number.

If you are unable to locate your tracking details, please contact us at support@mayanora.co.uk and we will be happy to assist.


DELAYS

While we aim to meet the delivery times outlined above, occasional delays may occur due to external factors beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At MAYA NORA we understand that finding the right size can be challenging. For this reason, we are happy to offer returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, items must be returned in their original condition, including:

  • With all original tags attached

  • Unworn and unused

  • Free from damage or stains

  • Returned in original packaging


HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer care team at support@mayanora.co.uk with the following information:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for return or exchange

Once approved, we will provide you with a return label and further instructions.


RETURN SHIPPING & INSPECTION

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. MAYA NORA is not responsible for damaged or lost parcels.

All returned items are subject to a quality inspection upon arrival. If an item does not meet our return standards, we reserve the right to decline the return.
