We work closely with local businesses in India, collaborating directly with skilled artisans and ensuring fair pay by eliminating intermediaries. We maintain long-term relationships with our partners and regularly visit the studios to uphold our standards of quality, ethics, and care.

Craftsmanship sits at the heart of MAYA NORA. Our embroidered pieces, in particular, celebrate traditional techniques and the hands behind them, preserving skills that have been passed down through generations.

Alongside this, we carefully select manufacturing partners in China, working only with factories that meet our expectations for quality, ethical production, and responsible working conditions.

Supporting and empowering women remains central to our ethos and we continually seek meaningful ways to collaborate with and uplift women across our supply chain.
